The Board of Directors of the Portside Homeowners Association consist of the following positions:
President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer (Volunteer) and eight Board members.

All members of the Board of Directors of the Portside Homeowners Association serve two-year terms. Six Board members are elected on even years and five Board members are elected on odd years. Each year a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary are elected by the eleven members of the Board of Directors. We currently have a volunteer Treasurer who is not a voting member of the Board of Directors.
